Hours after Citizen TV broadcast the agony of Milimani residents from noise pollution, the enforcement agencies moved in to close down Quiver steak house entertainment joint in Milimani. A multi-agency team comprising of the police, Nairobi county officials and the national environment management authority, forced tens of revellers who were partying at the popular joint out and shut down the premise. The proprietor of the joint is said have ignored numerous complaints by residents of the neighbouring estates, and allowed the club to play incessant, loud music at night.
