We begin with the 17 billion shilling imported oil saga and tonight Azimio la Umoja Leader Raila Odinga is calling for the immediate resignation and prosecution of Energy CS Davis Chirchir and Treasury CS Njuguna Ndung'u over the controversial diesel shipment. Raila is accusing the two Cabinet secretaries of abuse of office and committing a criminal offence citing claims by Busia Senator Okiya Omtata that the two Ministers approved irregular withdrawals from the Consolidated Fund. And as Serfine Achieng’ Ouma now reports, Raila has once again dismissed the government’s G-2-G oil deal claim as a a well orchestrated corruption plan.
