Opposition Chief Raila Odinga has thrown his weight behind the Adani Group takeover of critical infrastructure through a Public-Private partnership Model. The African Union Commission Chairperson candidate says while Kenyans remain constrained in the payment of taxes owing to a difficult economic situation, the PPP concept such as the Adani Group is the most viable and reliable means through which to address the country’s infrastructure needs. But in what is now the evident divide within the Opposition ranks, Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka says the Kenya Kwanza administration is continually advancing state capture with the signing of the Adani deals.
