Kisumu County Woman Member of Parliament Ruth Odinga has challenged the lakeside residents to actively utilize the offices of the elected leaders to pursue socio-economic development. While launching development projects worth over 50 million shillings targeting various social groups across the county, the county woman MP lamented what she termed as insufficient knowledge of prudent financial management skills among her constituents. She further appealed to the lakeside residents, especially the youth, women, and people with disabilities, to form groups and pursue her office for socio-economic growth.
