The Directorate of Public Prosecution Renson Mulele has preferred a fresh murder charge against the widow of late Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen who was murdered in 2019. The court was informed that the Directorate of Public Prosecution okayed fresh charges against Wairimu after new evidence emerged linking her to the crime. Sarah Wairimu Kamotho was arraigned Friday before Kibera High Court Judge Diana Kavedza for purposes of taking a plea, but the court after listening to submissions of parties reserved its ruling to 29th January 2025.
