Seven more candidates gunning for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission commissioner, IEBC appeared before the selection panel today, defending their suitability for the top electoral body job.
Former IEBC corporate manager Tabitha Mutemi, who was among the interviewees, said she would bank on her 12-year experience at the commission serving as a corporate communication official to better the electoral agency. Others who appeared include Tobiko Naisiae, Simeone Muket, Solomon Muntet, Stephen Kiambi, and Sylvia Ndanu. The interviews are set to close tomorrow after a rigorous one-month vetting period for both the IEBC chairperson and the commissioner’s slots.
