Kwenye ombi hilo, kundi hilo linasema Kimeu tayari ametimiza miaka 60 na hivyo anapaswa kustaafu kutoka sekta ya utumishi wa umma.Akiongea na wanahabari baada ya kuwasilisha ombi hilo, rais wa vuguvugu la Bunge la Mwananchi, Frank Owino alisema serikali ina wajibu wa kuwapa kipaumbele vijana wakati wanapotoa fursa za ajira badala ya kuwarejesha maafisa ambao muda wao wa kuhudumu umekamilika, hatua ambayo inakinzana na sera ya serikali kuhusu uajiri.
