Two people have died while 18 others are nursing injuries, following a tragic road carnage that occurred near the Aberdare Country Club junction along the Nyeri-Mweiga road in Nyeri County.According to eye witnesses, the accident that involved a lorry and a 14 seated matatu was a result of head on collision. The injured were rushed to the Nyeri County Referral Hospital. Unfortunately, the hospital had four available beds, leaving health officials scrambling to find alternative facilities for the majority of the casualties.
