The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission officers in the Upper Coast Region have arrested eight former Tana River County Government officials and a contractor over the alleged irregular award of a 9 million shillings tender. Confirming the arrests EACC Spokesperson Eric Ngumbi said the suspects will be arraigned at the anti-corruption court in Hola town on Friday.
