The government has not finalized any deal with Adani Holding for the lease of the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi says the evaluation committee looking into the deal has raised 22 concerns with Adani among them the proposed concession of 30 years, Proposed Tax Exemption for the Indian firm and re-engagement of KAA employees among others, Mbadi says the deal is currently on hold due to pending court cases.
