Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa has called on the National Treasury to expedite the release of pending funds to counties to ensure smooth operations. Barasa revealed that all 47 counties are yet to receive a total of 63 billion shillings in sharable revenue from the exchequer for February and March.
