The tribunal investigating judge of the Environmental and Land Court Justice Mohammed Noor Kullow has cleared him of all accusations leveled against him. Presenting its report to the president, the Judge Omwenga Kiage-led tribunal has recommended his reinstatement. Justice Kullow had been accused of delaying rulings and judgments without giving explanations, failing to respond to correspondence from the Chief Justice, retaining a court file hence denying a party the right to lodge an appeal and delivering rulings and judgments without issuing notices.
