Tuju says Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu, and Justices Mohammed Ibrahim, Smokin Wanjala, Njoki Ndung’u and William Ouko had a predetermined outcome when they recused themselves and reinstated the decision of the court of appeal that paved the way for auctioning of his hotel for failing to settle 4.5 billion shillings debt he owes the East African Development Bank.
