Vulnerable students still face university fees burden

Tonight we begin our broadcast with uproar over university funding mess which threatens to lock hundreds of vulnerable and needy students from joining institutions of higher learning. The disparity in the funding model, released by the ministry of education, could see vulnerable students such as Josiah Ogachi who scored an A plain in KCSE, miss university as his family cannot raise 61,000 shillings as household contribution , after he was placed in band three.
