Speaking at the official handing over of Muyeye Health Centre's maternity wing to Kilifi County Government, Wahome noted that counties like Kilifi, Mombasa, and Kwale were hotspots for illegal ownership of freehold land by foreigners. The CS emphasized that the Constitution only allows foreigners to hold leasehold titles for a maximum of 99 years.
