    Mandera County government has challenged non-governmental organization operating in the region to aline all their projects with the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP). Speaking during Commissioning Mata Safara Water Kiosk Mandera County, Executive Committee Member for water, Energy, Environment and climate change Mahamud Eda said this will ensure efficient utilization and harmonized deployment efforts.
