The Kenya Bureau of Standards has called on institutions to integrate their management systems to improve efficiency and competitiveness. Speaking during the 6th Annual Management Representatives and Auditors Conference, KEBS Managing Director Esther Ngari said organisations should adopt coordinated governance, safety and quality frameworks. Ngari emphasised that auditing should go beyond compliance to drive improvement, reduce risks and promote accountability.
