Rabai leaders call for action on child online safety

    Child-protection advocates in Kilifi County say public phones bought in credit are contributing to rising cases of online child sexual abuse. During a community sensitisation forum in Rabai, officials led by Rabai area children's officer, Levy Wafula criticised parents who allow minors access phones by using their ID cards. They called for joint action from the community and government to regulate phone access and protect children.
