Children's Rights Stakeholders in Migori have been encouraged to create more awareness on the rights and privileges of children in the county.
Speaking during the closure of the Children Justice Service Month at the Migori Teachers’ Training College (TTC), the Presiding Judge at the Migori High Court, Anne Ominjo, said that the purpose of the service month was to remind ourselves about the duties that the justice system has for the children.
Ominjo said that the Children's Service Month helped to sensitise members of the public and stakeholders about the rights of children.
