Sentencing of PCEA Moderator Rev Patrick Mutahi for defying court orders set for Thursday

The High Court is set to deliver a sentence against Reverend Patrick Thegu Mutahi, the moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of East Africa and the Secretary General Robert Waihenya in a case where they are accused of defying court orders. Lady Justice Stella Mutuku will on Thursday give a ruling in a case in which they installed a church official, David Ndumo, as treasurer, despite a court order barring his installation.
