Farmers in Ilbisil, Kajiado Central Sub-County are raising the alarm over the resurgence of donkey theft in the region. The agitated herders spoke during a donkey vaccination exercise, where they suspect the stolen animals were being ferried to the neighbouring country of Tanzania. Veterinary doctors have urged the security agencies to move with speed to curb the vice, which they say is rising at an alarming rate, causing losses to herders.
