A 11 million fraud case against former Nzoia Sugar Company Managing Director and several other senior staff has been adjourned. The Ethics and Anti Graft commission is now set to present its evidence when the proceedings resume. The protracted Graft case has been delayed by several petitions seeking to halt the proceedings.
