Government to destroy sh8.2 billion narcotics seized in multi-agency coast operation

Interior cabinet secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has announced that government will destroy narcotics worth 8.2 billion shillings which were seized in a multi-agency operation at the Kenyan coast. Murkomen who credited the seizure to intensified security operations to fight drug trafficking along the coastline says security agencies are pursuing more people who could be involved in the illicit business.
