3.4 million Examinees sitting for the exams across the country

Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba has launched four national assessments of learners pioneering the Competency Based Curriculum. These are the Kenya Primary School Education Assessment KPSEA for grade 6 and the Kenya Junior School Education Assessment for grade 9 learners alongside the Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) and the Kenya Pre-Vocational Level Education Assessments (KPLEA), involving over 3.4 million learners across the country. This comes as a section of education stakeholders in Kilifi County called on well wishers to provide meals for candidates in marginalized areas to help retain them in school during the examination period.
