National Assembly Housing Committee inspects the Sh3.B Kamiti Social Housing Project

National Assembly Housing and Urban Planning Committee says the Kamiti Social Housing Project should include social amenities for the communities that will occupy the residential estate. Members of Parliament while inspecting the 3.1 billion shillings project, noted that unlike others, it does not have a school or a health facility in the plan. At least 4,000 households affected by floods within Nairobi County are expected to occupy the houses whose completion is expected in 2027.
