CS Duale admits there were children deaths occasioned by Kiambu doctor's strike

Cabinet Secretary for Health Aden Duale has admitted that there were deaths of children occasioned by the doctor's strike in Kiambu County and urged the county government to address the concerns of the striking doctors. And even as Governor Kimani Wamtangi attributes the health crisis to his political detractors, the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Union (KMPDU) is threatening to escalate the plight of their members in Kiambu to a nationwide strike.
