The Council of Governors today visited Kang’o ka Jaramogi, the resting place of Kenya’s first vice president Jaramogi Oginga Odinga, to pay tribute to the late former prime minister Raila Odinga. Led by Council of Governors Chair Ahmed Abdullahi, the governors described Raila as the architect of devolution and a champion of equity whose legacy continues to shape Kenya’s governance.
