Cabinet Secretary for Health, Hon. Aden Duale, has admitted that maternal deaths are on the rise in Kenya, calling the situation both alarming and unacceptable. Speaking in Rumuruti Town, Laikipia County, Duale, however, emphasised that the government is taking decisive steps to address the crisis, including engaging women leaders to be part of the solution.
