To bridge the gap, the county has rolled out reforms including the adoption of a Geospatial Information System (GIS) to enhance transparency and efficiency in tracking revenue streams. Additionally, more staff and enforcement marshals have been deployed to improve compliance across markets and other income-generating sectors.
