The Office of Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi appears to be sleeping on the job, because no responsible government can watch its people suffer at the hands of neighbouring countries and do nothing. This relationship must be re-evaluated, as it has no purpose if it cannot fulfil its promises.
