President Ruto: If we are to grow our economy, we must construct at least 10,000 km of new tarmac roads at a cost of Ksh 1.5 Trillion, that money cannot come from the budget. As a government, we are establishing the National Infrastructure Fund. Through this fund, we will mobilize resources from various avenues including the National Budget, Privatization of Assets, Capital Markets, and Public-Private Partnerships.
