The County Government of Siaya has postponed the Siaya International Trade and Investment Conference which was to be officially opened on Wednesday the 15th of October. Siaya County Governor James Orengo says this will allow the County to join the family and friends of the late former Prime Minister Raila Odinga in mourning.
