Seven people have been confirmed dead in two separate road accidents.6 people died along the Nakuru-Gilgil highway following a head-on collision involving a saloon car and a bus at Soysambu area. Confirming the incident, Gilgil Police Boss, Winston Mwakio said the victims were travelling in a saloon car when it collided with an oncoming truck at about 4 a.m. Saturday. At Kamundura a lorry driver lost control of his lorry when its brakes failed. Reports indicate that the lorry rammed into a hardware shop, killing him on the spot. Timothy Kipnusu reports
