Learning activities at the embattled Moi University yet to resume

Learning activities at the embattled Moi University in Uasin Gishu did not resume today after the university management failed to agree with striking workers. On Friday, visiting parliamentary committee on education had instructed the warring parties in the stand-off to hold a crisis meeting and reach an agreement in 48 hours. Workers unions remain adamant that they will not back down until their demands are met while accusing the university management for lack of goodwill.
