Lands Cabinet Secretary Alice Wahome now says the government through the Ministry of Lands has put in place stringent measures to combat land fraud as part of efforts to secure property ownership across the country following the loss of 367 land security papers at the government printer. CS Wahome who appeared before the senate plenary revealed that the Ministry is working closely with investigative agencies to address loopholes that have exposed the integrity of land registration amid claims of tension between her office and the National Lands Commission.
