Youth have been urged to seize available opportunities in the corporate, civil service, and political space to cement themselves as leaders. This was the message by the government spokesperson Isaac Mwaura during the UDA Party Comrades Chapter in Garissa County. Mwaura acknowledged the potential of young people to make meaningful contributions to the country’s development through involvement in decision-making and policy formulation. Sentiments echoed by, the Secretary General of the UDAs Comrades’ chapter, Gichangi Gitonga and Veronica Mwinzi, a student at Garissa University.
