The platform has seen the number of Kenyans accessing service online expanded exponentially from just 394 in 2022 to over 22,000 government services today. According to the Principal Secretary for Immigration and Citizen Services, Ambassador Professor Julius Bitok the platform has streamlined efficiency while plugging leaks in revenue collection.
