We begin the bulletin with the continued wave of abductions, where barely 48 hours after President William Ruto committed to put an end to random abductions that have characterised the festive season in the country, his commitment is yet to be honoured by those tasked with ensuring the safety of Kenyans. The latest abductions are now taking place in the country's capital on Saturday evenings in south b in utter disregard of the rule of law. Kenyans now express a sense of helplessness unsure of where or who to turn to for their safety. Jimmy Mbogoh traced the Saturday evening abduction and filled this report.
