Public stakeholders continue submitting views regarding the proposed Government Owned Enterprises Bill that seeks to establish regulatory systems for government-owned enterprises. Appearing before the National Assembly Finance Committee Ichiban Tax Advisory Company opposed the proposed legislation saying, it is a duplication of the roles spelt out in the State Corporation Act without introducing any fundamental reforms. We Care, a community based organization, on their part called for more involvement of the public in the sale of government-owned enterprises.
