The County Government of Nakuru has outlined why it declined to renew the Certificate of Lease Nakuru War Memorial Hospital citing forgery in the documents.. Testifying before Chief Magistrate Elizabeth Juma, Nakuru County Secretary Samuel Mwaura outlined discrepancies in the paperwork, regarding forged stamps, signatures, and erroneous historical claims about the hospital's directors.
