A Nairobi court has extended an order barring the Kenya Hospital Association Board from incurring huge expenses, pending a court hearing next month. Justice Peter Mulwa issued the directive following an application by a petitioner Samuel Mithamo who through his lawyer Nelson Havi questioned the validity of resolutions made during the association’s Annual General Meeting held on December 4, 2024.The court will deliver a verdict on 13th March on a preliminary objection by the hospital.
