The government has pledged to immediately settle all outstanding hospital claims of KSH 10 million and below from the defunct NHIF. In a statement from the state house, president William Ruto confirmed that hospitals with claims exceeding Ksh.10 million would undergo a 90-day verification process before payments were made.
