Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has read a riot act to criminal gangs operating along the border of Narok-Kisii counties. The CS stated that he would not allow goons to terrorize the locals in the disguise of providing security. He made the remarks during a peace meeting in the troubled Kiango area, where skirmishes erupted between the Maasai and Kisii communities following incidents of livestock theft.
