A Milimani Anti-Corruption Court Magistrate has recused himself from hearing the graft case against Thika Chief Magistrate Stellah Atambo. Principal Magistrate Charles Ondieki cited his close friendship with Atambo and the Judicial Officers' Code of Conduct as reasons for stepping aside from the matter. The file has now been placed before the Head of Station for further directions on Monday 17th March. Our Reporter Debra Letuaa with details.
