Ferdinand Waititu will remain in prison until 23rd April when the High Court will consider his second attempt to be released on bond as he pursues an appeal against his 12-year jail sentence. His first attempt hit a snag on 3rd March after Justice Lucy Njuguna dismissed his application pending the hearing and determination of his appeal.
