President William Ruto kicked off his 5-day tour of the Mt. Kenya region in Laikipia and Nyeri Counties, vowing to ensure that no part of Kenya is left behind and that his administration will include every community to eradicate divisive politics and spur development across board. Speaking at Ng’arachi Comprehensive School in Laikipia County, the President said his tour is to assess various development programs being undertaken in the region and also interact with Kenyans.
