Insurance brokers have been urged to embrace digital innovation and strengthen cyber security measures to curb financial crimes and help Kenya exit the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) grey list.Speaking during the conference, Senior Counsel Mohammed Nyaoga said over 70% of insurers in Kenya now use digital platforms such as mobile apps and online portals to serve clients.
