ODM alleges violence by rival in Kasipul by-elections

The Orange Democratic Movement wants security agencies in Homabay to apprehend individuals allegedly linked to an aspirant in the Kasipul constituency by-elections claiming that he violently disrupted a peaceful meeting by the ODM candidate Boyd Were. The party also wants the IEBC to ensure there’s a level playing field for all candidates. Meanwhile, a coalition of Kenya’s small but influential political parties has forged a united front, declaring war on what they call a coordinated state effort to cripple and deregister them.
