Stakeholders in the construction sector have lauded the decision by the government to heavily invest in the housing sector with the aim of addressing the housing gap in the country.Speaking during a construction industry exhibition in Nairobi, DMG Events Senior Vice President Josine Haijmans urged the private sector to partner with the government in turning the housing agenda into reality and in meeting the country’s infrastructural needs. The exhibition has attracted more than 150 exhibitors from over 20 countries, showcasing new technologies aimed at boosting the quality and speed of construction while cutting costs.
