The Ministry of Health has instructed all health facilities to record all infant and maternal deaths in a bid to review the mortality rates countrywide. Duale, who spoke during the 4th graduation for specialized nurses at the Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital said at this day and age, not even one maternal mortality should be tolerated.
